Nothing on the Stradello platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. The pricing data, AI analysis, gain/loss calculations, and market commentary displayed are for informational purposes only. You should not make any financial or purchasing decisions based solely on information from this Platform. Stradello expressly disclaims any liability for decisions made based on information presented on the Platform.
4. Accuracy of Information

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stradello and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
